Christopher D. Nye is a third-year doctoral student in industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He completed his master's degree in 2007 after completing his thesis entitled "Two-Step Testing in Employee Selection: Is Score Inflation a Problem?".

Christopher has two primary areas of research. The first area deals with testing and measuring psychological constructs. Within this broad area, he is particularly interested in issues related to measurement equivalence, computerized testing, and cheating on employment tests. His second area of research concerns the relationships between various forms of workplace hostility and their common antecedents and consequences.
